Returns

Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or partially used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns may only be accepted if:

You receive a damaged product.
You receive the wrong product.
The product is defective upon delivery.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges
